Current Openings:

Change Management/Training Senior Consultant:

We are currently searching for Technology Change and Training Senior Consultants with the following requirements:

  • Ideal candidates will have significant change management and business process re-engineering experience in conjunction with large-scale technology implementations (SAP, Peoplesoft, Siebel, etc.).
  • A minimum of 3 years experience working in a relevant industry or consulting team-oriented environment on change management and/or technical training projects.
  • Senior Consultants must have 5+ years experience leading project teams of 5-10 resources on relevant change management engagements.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience developing blended learning/instructional design solutions (web-based training, instructor-led training) as well as strategic communication and change management plans. Learning Management System (LMS) experience also a plus.
  • Master's Degree/MBA and consulting experience is highly preferred.
  • Extensive travel to client locations is required.

Consultant/Senior Consultant (Strategy & Operations):

We are looking for individuals with considerable potential who welcome the challenge of working in a rapidly growing company.The successful candidates should have:

  • 4+ years of professional work experience with leading Russian or multinational consulting companies
  • 2+ years experience in business analysis, strategy development or related field
  • Strong communication experience should include superior presentation skills and interpersonal communication

  • Superior work ethic, ability to work long hours
  • Ability to accommodate extensive client travel
  • BS degree required, MBA desirable
  • Proficiency in both Russian and English

The role will involve:

  • Editing and/or proofreading a variety of documents for the firm in English
  • Editing/ proofreading marketing brochures/ bulletins/newsletters before they are published

Requirements:

  • Native English Speaker
  • University Degree (or undergraduate) in Philology/ Linguistics / Business
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Good Russian (grammar, style) is a plus
  • Previous experience is a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office
  • Energetic, confident and enthusiastic
